Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) installation combines precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail to achieve a flawless finish. This process ensures durability, style, and comfort across high-traffic commercial or residential spaces. From surface preparation to final cleanup, each step is carefully performed to guarantee lasting quality and appearance
Installation Process Our team installed an air filtration system to control dust, removed old vinyl and carpet baseboards, and prepared the subfloor by scraping glue, vacuuming, and smoothing it with ARDEX Feather Finish. We then installed LVT tiles in a stack pattern, including over existing VCT in washrooms, kitchens, and hallways, and completed the look with rubber wall bases and transitions between carpet and LVT. The project was finished with a full site cleanup and proper disposal of all construction waste.
